In order to ensure our technicians have access to clean all areas of carpet, please be sure to do the following in advance of your scheduled cleaning:

* Remove all lamps, breakables, knicknacks, and small furniture from the rooms to be cleaned.

* Arrange to have as little activity as possible in the area to be serviced.

* Be at home when the Lion Blue Technician is due to arrive or leave a note where you can be contacted.
